TWO WAYS TO START

You've received your quote and you're ready to order. There are two ways to start:

  • If you already know how many items you will need, as well as the sizes, styles and colors, we require a full payment to begin work.

  • If you don't know how many items you will need, or if you'd like to see your artwork mocked up before you are ready to place your order, we require a non-refundable £50 art deposit. The cool thing is that this will be credited toward your invoice once you place your order.

 

ORDER TIME

We Brand You orders blank garments every day from warehouses all over the Europe. We order your blanks as soon as you give us your sizes and deposit. We do this to get your garments on the way and here in time. Please know that any changes to your order after submitting payment may delay your order, and your order could be subject to restocking fees.

 

 

RECEIVING

Garments are pulled, weighed, and checked for accuracy at our distributor's warehouse before they're shipped to us. Once they arrive on our dock, our certified Receiving Team checks in all shipments to make sure they match exactly what was ordered.

 

 

PRINTING/EMBROIDERY/VINYL/DTG

Once artwork is approved for screen printing, we out-put film, make screens, setup and print. For embroidery, we load the file, thread the needles, hoop the garments, and go. Vinyl is uploaded, cut and weeded before we heat transfer it to the garment. DTG is tested for color accuracy on a sample garment prior to printing. If everything looks good, we print your garments, which are then cured with a combination of heat, pressure and time.

 

 

QUALITY CONTROL

We take quality control seriously at We Brand You, and our Quality Control Team brings an extreme attention to detail to the shop every day. The QC Team is the last to see your order before it gets packed. They check your order for quality and accuracy to ensure that when you open the box, it's exactly what you are expecting.

 

 

READY FOR SHIPPING

As soon as our Quality Control Team gives the thumbs up, we arrange for shipping, we ship via myHermes or DPD.
